Allard of Cumberland, Rhode Island, born in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, who passed away on September 23, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank D. Allard and Anita Allard Sr. (Masse); and his brothers, Frank D. Allard Jr. and Leo R. Allard. He is survived by: his close friend Anna Cournoyer; his daughter Wendy M. Allard of Cumberland; his brother Richard R. Allard (Kimberly) of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Madeleine R. Comire and Aidan M. Comire; and his sister-in-law Suzette Allard of Lincoln.
