He was predeceased by: his wife Therese Tougas (Laboisonniere); his parents, Leo Tougas and Jeannette Tougas (Moreau); and his siblings, Alfred Tougas, Madeleine Tougas and Muriel Turgon.
He is survived by: his siblings, Norman Tougas and Estelle Fugere; and his nieces and nephews, Steven Tougas, Richard Tougas, Allen Tougas, Jean Gilchrest and Diane Sawyer. He is also survived by several great-nephews and one great-niece.
