He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo O'Neill and Louise O'Neill (Bertolini); and his daughter Kathleen O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen O'Neill (Joyce); his sons, Gerald O'Neill Jr. (Melissa) and Michael O'Neill (Rhonda); his stepchildren, Corrie Rosa (David) and David McPhail (Peter LaTorre); and his grandchildren, Daniel Ryan, Brandon, Michael O'Neill, Mary Melissa Lane, David, Erin and Cam Rosa.
