He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Otis; his children, David of Texas, Alan, Scott of Florida, George Jr. of Pawtucket, Calvin Ford of Texas and Rev. Missionary Lorenda Ford of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Josh, Sara, Kyle, Tiffany, Taylor, Calvin, Denzell, Victoria and Eden; his great grandchildren, Madison, Olivia, Ella, Liam, Skylar and Riley; and his siblings, Albert Otis, Rita Verardo and Joan Pytka. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
