He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Bowen and Frances Bowen (O'Brien). He is survived by: his wife Monique Bowen (Gadoury); his children, Sarah Martin, Emily Gustus (John), Matthew Bowen (Victoria) and Nicholas Bowen; his grandchildren, Gregory, William, Abigail Martin, Lily, Jack, Benjamin Gustus and Isabella Bowen; and his siblings, Paul Bowen, Lesley King, Wayne Bowen and James Bowen. He is also survived by many in-laws and nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Joan of Arc Church (https://www.stjoanschurchri.org) in his memory.
