She was predeceased by: her father John Dorofachuk. She is survived by: her mother Marion Rutkowski (Gunther); her stepfather John C. Rutkowski; her children, Marissa Mezzanotte of Cumberland and Christopher Mezzanotte (Tara) of Columbia; and her grandchildren, Lauren Mezzanotte, Christopher Mezzanotte, Owen Zadrozny, Mia Zadrozny and Rex Zadrozny. She is also survived by friends, including her neighbors.
