He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Koussa and Annie Koussa (Trazi); and his brother Dr. Richard Koussa. He is survived by: his wife Linda A. Koussa (Noury); and his nieces, Julie O'Connell, Katie Danho, Kristen Re, Kayla Smith and Kimberly Andrews.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his name to the Building Fund of the Church of St. Basil the Great would be appreciated.
