As Erasmo departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Erasmo may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Erasmo leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fernandina Avendano and Alfonso Avendano; his wife Maria Zuluaga of Cumberland; his sons, Kenneth Avendano Zuluaga of Cumberland and Daniel Avendano Zuluaga of Cumberland; and his grandchildren, Daniel Avendano, Jr. and Aiden Avendano. He was also cherished by 13 siblings.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Charles Coelho Funeral Home (151 Cross St, Central Falls, RI 02863). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Holy Spirit Parish (1030 Dexter St, Central Falls, RI 02863).
