He was predeceased by: his brother Eugene Waugh Jr.; and his father Eugene L. Waugh Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Sharon L. Waugh (Andrews); his son Keith J. Waugh of Cumberland; his stepmother Maureen Panaccione; his sister LeeAnn Goodness of North Kingston; and his brother-in-law Michael J. Andrews of Cumberland. He is also survived by one niece and many nephews.
