He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore J. Sklarski and Barbara Sklarski (Levesque); his siblings, Kevin J. Sklarski and Kathleen A. Maher; and his sibling-in-law Francis Maher.
He is survived by: his children, Michael D. Sklarski and Bethany R. Moniz (Austin) of Little Compton; his stepson Andrew D. Santos (Alisa) of Pascoag; and his granddaughters, June, Annie and Amelia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 12:00 PM at 54 Bristol Ferry Rd, Portsmouth, RI 02871.
