He is survived by: his mother Paula O'Reilly (Landry); his siblings, Michael O'Reilly (Heather) of Pomfret, CT, Jeffrey O'Reilly (Billy Gesterling) of Woonsocket, RI and Tracy Purvis (David Purvis) of Douglas, MA.; his close friend Dawn Simeone; his niece Hannah; and his nephews, Michael, Nathan and Jacob.
