He was predeceased by: his mother A. Lorraine Chartier. He is survived by: his father Charles Chartier of Woonsocket; his siblings, Bethany Chartier of Woonsocket and Daniel Chartier (Karen) of Brooklyn, CT; and his nephew Nicholas Chartier of Woonsocket.
