He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Frazier (Large); and his parents, David Frazier and Claire Frazier (Marchand). He is survived by: his children, Nadine Frazier (Lou Macchiarola) of Cumberland, Paige Cassidy of Cumberland, Daniel Frazier of Cumberland and Merritt Champi (Chris) of Cumberland; his brother David Frazier (Arlene) of Arizona; and his grandchildren, Brooke Cassidy (Jon Pelosi), Morgan Champi and Mallory Champi.
