He was predeceased by: Martha M. Borges (Rezendes). He is survived by: his parents, Leonard F. Borges Sr of Azores and Portugal; his brothers, Leonard F. Borges Jr. of Winston-Salem, NC and Chaz Borges (Judith Struglia) of North Attleboro, MA.; his nephews, Jarred Borges and Chase Borges; and his niece Jacqueline Borges.
