Forte (Bowen); his daughters, Deborah Smalley of Cumberland and Julie Forte (David Franklin) of Hopkinton, MA.; his sister-in-law Ann Forte of Johnston; his nephew Glenn Forte of Clearwater, FL; his niece Diann Boyajian (James) of Saunderstown; and his great-niece Cara Boyajian of Saunderstown.
