She was predeceased by: her husband Philip A. Larocque; her parents, Hugh H. Williams and Helen V. Williams (McGale); her son Philip A. Larocque; and her grandson Leo D. Gobin IV.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon M. Gobin (Bruce Martel) of Cumberland, Elizabeth A. "Bridget" Crawley (Richard) of Lincoln and William R. Larocque Sr. (Kathy) of Cumberland; her grandsons, Jason Gobin, Nathan Crawley, William Larocque Jr. and Joseph Larocque; her great grandchild Breanah Gobin; and her niece Barbara Kokoska.
Joan was also a member of the Cumberland Senior Center, Cumberland, and also a member and secretary of the Balfour Gold Dusters Foundation.
