He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara Carter (Hull); his parents, George and Dora Carter (Bois); and his sons, Neil Carter of Enola, Aaron Carter of Cumberland and Stephen Carter of Burrillville. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren.
