He was predeceased by: his wife Celeste Martins (Loureiro); and his parents, John Martins and Ermelinda Martins (Lopes). He is survived by: his daughters, Linda M. Silva (Anthony J. Silva) of Cumberland, Teresa Reilly (Kevin Reilly) of Cumberland and Lisa Doo (Derek Doo) of Walpole, MA; his grandchildren, Ross, A. Alex, Farrah, Kaitlin, Courtney, Alyssa, Justin, Ryan and Ashley; and his sisters, Abigail Coelho of Connecticut and Helena Rodrigues of Cumberland. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
