She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Assuncao and Silvina Assuncao; and her son Antonio (Antoninho). She is survived by: her children, Rosario (Mariazinha) of Fatima, Maria Isabel (Belita) of Rio, Jose Manuel (Joey) of Rio and Brazil; her grandchildren, Diego, Fernando, Joao Ricardo, Jessica, Heidi, Leonard and Shane; her great grandchild Isla; and her siblings, Santos, Daniel Martins, Maria Celeste and Augusta Barata.
