He was predeceased by: his parents, Oswald Medeiros and Maria Medeiros (Faria). He is survived by: his wife Constance Medeiros (Hemond); his children, James A. Medeiros (Carol) of Warwick, Don E. Medeiros (Carla) of Marathon, FL. and Charlene L. Giguere (Paul) of Cumberland; his grandchildren, Lauren, Andrew, Carmen, Austin, Alex and Julia; and his great grandchildren, Cora and Jett.
