He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfredo Saraiva and Amelia Saraiva; his daughter-in-law Susan Saraiva; and his sister Julieta Moura. He is survived by: his wife Maria G. Saraiva (Bulcao); his children, Elizabeth Cardoso (Antonio) of Cumberland and Alfredo Saraiva of Cumberland; his siblings, Armenio Saraiva of Cumberland and Emilia Mimoso of Portugal; his grandchildren, Jessica Bouchard, Alexander Cardoso, Madison Gardner, Devon Saraiva and Emerson Saraiva; and his great grandchildren, Lydia, Noah, Owen and Gardner.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the J. J. Duffy Funeral Home (757 Mendon Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Fatima Church (1 Fatima Dr, Cumberland, RI 02864). A burial will be held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery (153 Curran Rd, Cumberland, RI 02864).
