He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burns and Madeline Burns (Linehan); and his brother Joseph E. Burns. He is survived by: his children, Donna Tucciarone (Tom), Raymond Burns (Judy) and Joseph Burns (Lynn); his siblings-in-law, Loretta Burns-Hebert, Raymond DiMeo and Janice DiMeo; and his grandchildren, Daniel, Sarah, Harrison and Ronan.
