He is survived by: his wife Nellie Phok (Carreiro); his parents, Seng Phok and Sam Phok (Mao); his children, Xavier and Olivia; his siblings, Jake Siemmao, Suenary Phok, Ashley Polk, Matthew Phok, Vanna Scully and Arranya Clarkin; and his grandparents, Ngin Mao and Chhuon Siem. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
