He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cathleen M. Palazzo (Mollis); his parents, Vincent Palazzo, and Madeline Palazzo, Sr. (Florio); his children, Vincent Palazzo, III (Amanda) of Cranston and Dana M. Palazzo of Cranston; his grandchildren, Vincent T., Linnea, Gian and Emmalynn Palazzo; and his sisters, Adele Palazzo of Cranston and Cynthia (Ray Geremia) of Cranston. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
