He was predeceased by: his parents, John Giblin and Josephine Giblin (Dinosky); and also Barbara Ann Giblin. He is survived by: his wife Nina Giblin (Duffy); his children, Shae Pennacchia (Albert Pennacchia, Jr.) and Stephen T. Giblin, Jr. (Kristen); his stepson Michael Torti (Samantha); and his grandchildren, Evan Pennacchia, Brendan Pennacchia, Mackenzie Giblin, Carter Giblin, Samantha Carbone, Julianna Torti and Seth Bousquet.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home (600 Pontiac Ave, Cranston, RI 02910). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 8:45 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Robert Bellarmine Church (1804 Atwood Ave, Johnston, RI 02919).
