He was predeceased by: his parents, Janice Wheeler, (Hunnewell) and Russel E. Wheeler, Jr.; his stepparents, Albert DiSarro and Mary Wheeler; his brothers, Charles Wheeler and Albert (Jessie); and his stepbrother Steven (Pam).
He is survived by: his wife Karen Wheeler (Boudreau); his children, Timothy and Samantha (Tom); and his stepsister Karen. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and friends.
