He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara A. O'Keefe (Jacobs); his parents, Charles O'Keefe and Ursula O'Keefe (Ellis); and his brother Philip O'Keefe. He is survived by: his children, Michael O'Keefe (Donna) of Cranston, RI, Robin McLaughlin (William) of Norton and Helen Papele (Chuck) of Swampscott; the mother of his children Diane O'Keefe; his grandchildren, Ashley O'Keefe (Christopher Munoz), Daniel O'Keefe, Michael Patrick O'Keefe (Haley), Taylor, Connor and Griffin McLaughlin; his great grandchildren, Clara, Lucas and Margaret; and his sister Ursula O'Keefe. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
