He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlando John Squillante, MD and Alice Squillante (Tavares); and his brothers, John E. and Gregory F. Squillante. He is survived by: his wife Madeleine Squillante (Acosta); and his siblings, Jerome F. Squillante and Maria L. Squillante. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
