He is survived by: his wife Paula Montaquila; his children, Raymond Montaquila, Kaitlin O'Neill and Meredith (Kenneth Antonizio); his grandchildren, Gabriella, Mia Antonizio and Raymond Sean Montaquila; and his siblings, Geraldine Bowering, Elissa Ciarlo and Thomas Montaquila.
