He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter F. Horbert and Alice Horbert (Parmentier); his wife Barbara Horbert (Lowe); his children, Debra Horbert of Cranston, Raymond Jr. (Gail) of Cranston, Kenneth (Krista) of Cranston and Gary (Tina) of Cranston; his stepchildren, Steven West of Coventry and Virginia Goldstein of Warwick; his grandchildren, Raymond III, Melanie, Kenneth Jr., Kayleigh, Caitlyn and Gary Horbert Jr.; his great grandchildren, Ellie, Layna, Reagan and Benjamin; his stepgrandchildren, Stephen West II and Shayna Goldstein; his sister Carolyn; his siblings-in-law, Donald Palumbo of Sun City, FL and Anna Horbert of Largo, FL; and his brother Walter Horbert. He was also cherished by 5 nieces and nephews.
