He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hayden and Freda Hayden Bamforth (Herrick); and his stepfather Stanley R. Bamforth. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Ann (Imondi); his children, Lori Lousararian of Mansfield, MA, Judith Swirbalus of Needham, MA and Philip Hayden, Jr. of Piermont, NY.; his grandchildren, Adam, Jack, Amy Lousararian, Nicole, Michael, Thomas (TJ), Matthew Swirbalus and Sydney Hayden; and his brothers, Raymond of East Greenwich, David and Paul of England.
