With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret M. Gardiner of Cranston, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 25, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Elmer Gardiner; and her son Paul Rodrigues (East Providence). She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Rodrigues, Linda (David), Amaral (East Providence), Ellen Gardiner (Greg Shelnutt), Thomas Gardiner (North Kingstown), Steven (Jeanne) and Michael J. Gardiner (Providence); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Mary Beth, Daniel, Christina, Kristen, Emily, Benjamin and Andrew; and her great grandchildren, Sarah and Silas.
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorial donations made to HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904 and Catholic Charities.
