He is survived by: his children, John Sousa (Sandi) of Cranston, Lisa Sousa Leyden (Jack) of Cranston and Mark Sousa (Gina) of Scituate; and his grandchildren, Michael Sousa, Joseph Sousa, Victoria Leyden, Jacqueline Leyden, Isabella Sousa, Sophia Sousa and Julia Sousa.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory (1278 Park Ave, Cranston, RI 02910). A Mass will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Apostles Church (800 Pippin Orchard Rd, Cranston, RI 02921). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the St. Ann Cemetery (73 Church St, Cranston, RI 02920).
