He was predeceased by: his wife Vera E. Uttley (Volpe); his parents, Frederick Uttley and Adleade Uttley (Robson); and his brother Donald Uttley. He is survived by: his son Frederick K. Uttley (Jean) of Jamestown; and his grandchildren, Laura Uttley and Brett Uttley. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
