It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Santos of Cranston, Rhode Island, born in Providence, Rhode Island, who passed away on November 17, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Duggan and Barbara Duggan (Cassidy) of Cranston; her husband Louie Bowen; and her siblings, Maureen Santos, Susanne Duggan-Ball and William Duggan.
She is survived by: her son Gary Santos; her granddaughter Reyna Santos of Cranston; her siblings, Jack Duggan, Frank Duggan, David Duggan and Beth Duggan; her brothers-in-law, Mike Feeney and Steve Ball; her nephew Steven Ball; and her great-nephew Lucus.
