He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Greenhalgh, (Thurber) and John R. Greenhalgh, Sr.; his wife Barbara E. Greenhalgh (Saccoccio); his daughter Susan Greenhalgh; and his sister Janet Greenhalgh-Every.
He is survived by: his son John R. Greenhalgh, III (Joy Link); his grandchildren, Joshua Link, Erica Link and Courtney Link; and his sister Helen Murray. He is also survived by his six great grandchildren.
