He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gowen and Louise D. Fougere (Bishop). He is survived by: his wife Marianne Fougere (Healy); his children, Sydney Louise Fougere of Cranston and Patrick A. Drury of Warwick; his granddaughter Phoebe Louise Fougere; and his brothers, Bruce, David and George Fougere.
