He was predeceased by: his wife Frances C. Garmon (Taylor); his parents, Laura Garmon (Lee) and Clifton R. Garmon; and his siblings, Elizabeth Sampson, Orzell Garmon and Louis Garmon.
He is survived by: his children, Jane Garmon of Cranston, Clifton Garmon of Cranston and Aleta Garmon of Cranston; his close friend Tiny; and his siblings, Florence Cooke and Clifton R. Garmon, Jr. of Mobile, AL.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
