He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Gallagher and Martha Gallagher of Brooklyn; his wife Margaret; and his siblings, Frank, Michael and Patricia.
He is survived by: his children, Meg Sylvia (Gallagher) and Christopher (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Collin.
