He was predeceased by: his parents, Veng Chea and Siv Moa Lim. He is survived by: his spouse Kim Mui Lay (Sao); his children, Sophan Lay, Siphon Lay, Nawee Heng, Natalie Shae and Stephon Lay; his grandchildren, Jonathan Lay, Timothy Lay, William Lay, Vivian Lay, Vincent Lay, Nathan Heng, Michael Heng, Anthony Heng, Chrisna Chea, Elysha Sameth, Christina Seth, Charany Seth, Jimmy Seth, Punthanut Pisith and Nutnaphan Pisith; his sister Seam Lay; and his nephews, Kheang Yim Li and Yim Hi Lay.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 9:30 AM.
