She was predeceased by: her husband Edmond G. Petit; her parents, Giovanni Volpe and Mary Volpe (Vento); her daughter Judy Pierson; her grandson Corey Pierson; and her siblings, Jean Calise, Joseph and Matthew Volpe.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Rowley (James) of Saunderstown; her siblings, Lillian Farland and Hercules Volpe; and her grandchildren, Kyle Rowley, Travis Rowley, Tyler Rowley, Rev. Brendan Rowley and Christopher Pierson. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
