He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocco Parrillo and Susan Parrillo (Church); his wife Ann Parrillo (Uciferro); and his brother Robert Parrillo (Betty Parrillo). He is survived by: his children, Steven Parrillo (Susan) and Tammy Faiola (Paul); his grandchildren, Eric Parrillo (Nikki), Ryan Salisbury, Jake and Luke Faiola; and his great grandchild Amelia Parrillo.
