She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Medeiros and Ruth Medeiros (Carey); and her siblings, Carol LaChance, Sheila Julio and Francis Medeiros.
She is survived by: her sons, Jay T. Petrillo, Steven J. Petrillo and Michael P. Petrillo (Christina); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Kaitlin, Lea and Anthony; her siblings, Joy Grunwald, Sharon Lopes, Darcy Perry and Dennis Medeiros; and her former husband John E. Petrillo, Jr.. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
