He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his children, Allison and Clayton (Kathryn); his mother Marilyn Clark Plumer; his granddaughter Raegan; his sisters, Crystine Plumer Mancini and Carolyne Plumer Safir (Edwin); his niece Kelly Moloney (Tom Moloney); and his nephew Andrew Safir (Shae).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Wounded Warrior Project.
