He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his brother Lenny Collins (Lisa) of Johnston; his siblings-in-law, Karen Jankowski (D'Alessio) and Joe Jankowski of Johnston, RI.; his children, Dana Lee Collins of Johnston, RI, Dawn Scetta (Mike) of North Providence, RI and Freddy Collins (Nicole) of Warwick, RI.; and his grandchildren, Samantha, Tyler, Michael, Daisha, Roman and Jayda.
