She is survived by: her siblings, Frank Matthews (Alice) of Sanford, NC, Bishop Thomas Matthews of Sanford, NC, Deacon Hubert Matthews (Joann) of Moncure, NC, Deacon Wendell Matthews (Joyce) of Goldston, NC, Dora Lee, Elnora, Nancy, Robert, James, Rev. Ray, Derry and William Jr.; her godsons, Craig Dolcy and James Noah Lee; and her niece Lisa Matthews Lassiter. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
