She is survived by: her husband Manuel Phillips, Jr.; her children, Dennis Phillips (Jean) and Denise Card (Byron); her grandchildren, Dennis Phillips (Deanna Phillips), Steven Phillips (Alison Phillips), Christopher Phillips (Dan Simoneau), Kenneth Card (Adeah Cardoso), Michael Card (Jennifer Card) and Cheri Antunes (John Antunes); her great grandchildren, Krystiana, Max, Vince, Ryan, Dylan, Parker, Chase, Jackson and Charlotte; and her siblings, Eugene Martinelli (Linda), Anna Sepe and Jeanne Tomao (Michael).
