She was predeceased by: her parents, John Forsberg and Helen Forsberg (Tillinghast); her brother John "Jackie" Forsberg Jr.; and her children, George "David" Sylvia, Paul Sylvia and Melissa Sylvia.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Sylvia; her grandchildren, Laura Goodinson, Stephanie Sylvia, Cheryl Santana, Sarah Chirino, Daniel Truman, Joshua Truman, Joseph Sylvia and Christopher Sylvia; and her great grandchildren, Seth Hayes, Elijah Santana, Leelah Hayes and Christian "CJ" Chirino. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
