He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Queen and Epsie Gilbert; and his brothers, Harden Gilbert, Leonard Gilbert, Ernest Gilbert and Homer Will Queen.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Maurine "Rina" Addison; his children, Salonia Threats, Derek Webster of Pawtucket, RI, Romona Queen Phillip (Stan) of Atlanta, GA and Brandon Blue (Jamie) of Texas; his grandchildren, Karissa Threats-Ingram, Kameron Correia, Jovan Phillip, Dajuana Phillip, Derek Ashley, Dione Ashley, Malicha Blue, Ezra Blue and Tziyon Blue; his sister Rutha Mae Cooks; his friend Clarence R. Snead Sr.; and his godson Eric Snead. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
