He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Rowe (Dexter) and Howard Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Carol Rowe (Martell); his children, Sarah Larson (Justin) of North Kingstown and Jason Rowe (Kayla) of East Greenwich; and his grandchildren, Veda, Trent Larson, Sloane and Marion Rowe.
